I mean, even Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was filmed smoking the stuff back in the 70’s during a bodybuilding documentary! He thought nothing of it. It simply wasn’t a big deal.

Think of what gambling did for Las Vegas. Or the tourist industry in Amsterdam. Why don’t some of the po-dunk states capitalize on this?
