Would it be possible to get enough people together and tell the government to legalize marijuana?

Basically get a huge group of people and walk up to the capital building and tell them to legalize marijuana.

   It’s called a “march on Washington”. You get in the news, but your elected officials will ignore you.

   Oh, my friend, if only it were that easy, ya see, our government has a “rare” degenerative disease, called,” crainialrectomism” which affects the hearing, it’s kinda like they’re in a cave, but more muffled. And, writing to them doesn’t seem much better, since only a limited few can “read”, all we can do is wait, cause ya see, when ya get all olden, like our government, the brain turns, to, a form of “concrete” and is resistant to change, but they’ve just about reached the end of their useful life, so, we just wait.

   I think if every person who smoked marijuana gathered on washington, the crowd would probably spill up into Canada. Keeping Marijuana illegal and making a huge deal of it isn’t doing anything for the war on drugs, it’s just locking up people who really shouldn’t be in prison anyways.

   lets do it. we get 1000+ people and we smoke weed wit pickit signs and protest. they cant arrest all of us. “LEGALIZE MARIJUANA!!!”

   its called a referendum – the Massachusetts people voted on a bill to “decriminalize” marijuana, making it only a misdemeanor and a small fine (like a parking ticket) if you have less than an ounce, as opposed to a felony, huge fines, and jail time. It passed with a significant majority of the vote
